Vehicle emissions are the main cause of air pollution in large cities. Therefore, a vehicle emissions precision
inspection will be introduced to more accurately identify vehicles that generate excessive emissions and strictly
control such vehicles to improve the environment in large cities.

Inspection System

Type of Inspection

- Load inspection : Reproduce the conditions of actual driving on the road and measure emissions
- Non-load inspection : Measure emissions in a static state(Vehicles that weigh 5.5 tons or heavier. )
* All vehicles will be subjected to the load inspection from July 1, 2007
